TERMS OF SERVICE

disclose whether your comission is for personal or commercial use, if it is for commercial use, a contract must be established that includes a commission.
do not claim my artwork as your own, i reserve al credits and i may put your commission in my portfolio !
do not repost my work without credits, unless if you have commissioned from me
do not remove any watermarks i may put on your commission!
you may not use personal commissions for comercial uses (such as merch, ads, reselling, etc)

i take paypal, mercado pago, oxxo spin (only mexico) and also genshin (crystals) or robux
all prices are in usd
i will not start a commission without adequate detail of what i will be drawing and full upfront payment
if payment is not made within 48 hours of my request, your commission will be cancelled unless an extension (with a deadline/date) is requested within that period
prices may increase depending on the complexity of the request (ex. adding weapons, lace, etc...)
commissions can only be cancelled/refunded in the sketch phase!

by commissioning me, you confirm that you've thoroughly understood by terms and agree to them
second or third characters requires +60% of the commission price (for each character)
my turnaround time for artwork is 1-2 weeks, depending on the order. i will be sure to provide clients with an estimate before requesting payment
my timezone is GMT-6
when requesting several changes, please send them all in one organized message!
do not wait until i've sent the updated sketch to ask for more edits, and take your time responding!
i will not make more changes once i started the lineart (just color changes) so please be sure you like how the sketch looks!
slow feedback equals more time to finish!
if the client is unresponsive for 5 days, i may delete the work i've down and there will be no refunds
one i've finished the commission, i'll send you a PNG file in both DMs and mail, if you want the archive (MDP) you must pay a commission/extra
i always post my commissions, if you don't want me to post yours (for any reason) you must pay +10% of the commission price
i may decline a commission for any reason

please be sure to be extra specific in your description (do not ouse vague language) you can send moodboards, inspo, references, etc... i'm happy to discuss ideas (i also may do a lot of questions)
once the details are agreed on, i'll ask you to do the payment
i will start working right after i've recieved the payment
my first update will be a sketch (with watermarks) here's where we discuss the changes and after correcting them i'll send another sketch, once it's approved, i'll start to do lineart
as i said in the ToS, i do not accept changes after the sketch phase is completed, so please be sure to correct the details you didn't liked
after finishing your commission, i'll send you the PNG via email and DMs
